We appreciate that sometimes you can book an event and find yourself unable to attend for various reasons... For Workshops we do not offer refunds for bookings however we do offer all the materials and a workshop specific video tutorial for you to do at home. Alternatively, we are happy to make the arrangement for you and deliver within a few days of your intended booking.
