Which areas in West Sussex Surrey and Hampshire do you deliver to?
Flower Deliveries
We cover a 30 km delivery distance from our workshop in Westergate, Chichester.
Enter your delivery postcode at checkout or call us to check before placing an order. Frequent deliveries are made to Chichester, Bognor Regis, Arundel & Havant.
Gift Shop Items
We have a selection of items within our gift shop that are available for UK Shipping.
Do you charge for delivery services?
Our "Delivered by Hand" service has a £4.50 charge. Why not subscribe to our website and receive a £5 coupon code which you can offset against the delivery charge.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use Wix.com payment services which provide our online payment platform.
We accept all major credit / debit cards and you can also log in with Paypal. If you would like to pay by cash, please contact us to arrange collection of your order and we will provide you with a email receipt.
Do you have a gift shop I can visit?
We regularly do pop up shops so that we can interact with our customers. Follow us on social media for updates to find out about our pop up calendar.
Can I request something that isn't shown on your website?
We will always try our hardest to cater to our customers requests. If there is a particular style of arrangement or choice of flower that you would like to order then please contact us within plenty of notice and we will try to accommodate your request.
Can I cancel my order?
Gift Bouquets
Gift Bouquets that have been ordered in advance require a minimum of 24 hours notice from requested delivery date for a refund / cancellation to be made. If you notify us that you need to cancel your order outside of these guidelines, we will offer you alternatives such as delivery to an alternative address, collection of goods from our workshop or a donation of flowers ordered to be made to a local charity or hospice.
We will happily honour a full refund on any orders that were made in advance when we receive 24 hours notice in writing or via telephone.
Gift Shop Items
Items from the following collections: Sass and Belle, Home County Co. & Catherine Lewis Design.
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and 14 days once we have confirmed your return to post the item/s back to us. We will refund you within a 14 day period of receiving the goods back.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@thefloralarcher.com, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please ensure to check the item for damages once item/s are received and report any issues to us as soon as possible. Please keep hold of your original packaging for the product and any shipping materials sent as we will not send out additional packaging.
I haven't received my order - Can I track the delivery?
We send all our gift shop items as recorded delivery and will happily update your order with the relevant tracking information. We use the post office drop and go service for all our deliveries which can be vulnerable to postal strikes. Please order in advance if ordering for a special date as we would never want to disappoint our valued customers.

Our Policy for unsuccessful deliveries are as follows:
If the recipient is out at time of delivery, the property is not accessible when we deliver or it would not be suitable for us to leave outside the recipients door, we will contact the customer who has placed the order to inform them. Following their instruction or if we are unable to reach the customer it will be based on our judgement - we will offer one of the following options: delivery to a close neighbour or attempt a second delivery that same day. If neither options are possible we will leave a calling card so that the customer may collect their flowers from us directly (same day only).

The Floral Archer is an online florist and will use the personal data provided by customers on this site to contact you regarding your order or any queries that you may have. We do not sell information to other parties and your information is strictly confidential. We use Wix.com services to provide this platform to advertise our services and products. Wix.com provide our online payment system and The Floral Archer have no access to your payment details. When you conduct a transaction on our website, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, billing address, delivery address, contact telephone number and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
