Which areas in Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire do you deliver to?
We cover a 15 mile delivery distance from our workshop in Westergate, Chichester.
Enter your delivery postcode at checkout or call us to check before placing an order. Frequent deliveries are made to Chichester, Bognor Regis, Arundel & Havant.
Uk Flower Deliveries
We offer 1st class, next day delivery of flowers and gifts when ordered before 11 am the previous day. All orders will receive a tracking number sent via email once their order has been shipped.
Gift Shop Items
We have a selection of items within our gift shop that are available for UK Shipping including candles, stationery, greetings cards and homeware.

Local Florist Delivery - £4.50
Next Day, UK Shipping - £10.00
Spend £65.00 and receive free delivery.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use Wix.com payment services which provide our online payment platform.
We accept all major credit / debit cards and you can also log in with Paypal. If you would like to pay by cash, please contact us to arrange collection of your order and we will provide you with a email receipt.
How to cancel your order
All flower gift bouquets and flower subscriptions out for local delivery require a minimum of 24 hours notice from requested delivery date for a full refund / cancellation to be made.
All flower gift bouquets and flower subscriptions out for UK Shipping require a minimum of 48 hours notice from requested delivery date for a refund / cancellation to be made.

Local Deliveries - Late Cancelations
We will offer you alternatives such as delivery to an alternative address, collection of goods from our workshop or a donation of flowers ordered to be made to a local charity or hospice.
UK Shipping - Late Cancelations
Due to items being shipped within a strict timeframe, deliveries will still be made as we are unable to retrieve items once they have left our workshop.

Gift Shop Items
Items from the following collections: Sass and Belle, Home County Co. & Catherine Lewis Design.
We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and 14 days once we have confirmed your return to post the item/s back to us. We will refund you within a 14 day period of receiving the goods back.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please ensure to check the item for damages once item/s are received and report any issues to us as soon as possible. Please keep hold of your original packaging for the product and any shipping materials sent as we will not send out additional packaging.
How to register a complaint regarding any of our deliveries.
Please contact us within 2 days from receiving your order on 03300435251 or email us firstname.lastname@example.org to register any complaints regarding flower quality or product quality and receive a response within 24 hours. Please refrain from sending complaints via post so that we can respond to your complaints within our 1 day / 24 hour response time.
We would like to informed on any negative feedback regarding our UK delivery partners so that we can ensure they are upholding our service agreements.
I haven't received my order - Can I track the delivery?
We send all our gift shop items as recorded delivery and will immediately update your order with the relevant tracking information which you will receive via email. We use the post office drop and go service for all our deliveries which can be vulnerable to postal strikes. Please order in advance if ordering for a special date as we would never want to disappoint our valued customers.

Local Florist Delivery
Due to flowers being perishable goods we must make delivery on the date and time requested by the customer and cannot be held responsible if the resident is out at the time of delivery. We will leave a calling card at the address to advise where the flowers have been delivered to if left with a neighbour. If the property features a covered / secure location we will leave the flowers at the property, delivered in water.

We use Royal Mail to send our beautiful bouquets for a next day delivery service. Our bouquets are aqua wrapped and packaged in purpose built flower boxes. The boxes include ventilation holes, handles and instructions printed on the boxes to specify how to store flowers in transportation.

"Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide will automatically try redeliver the next working day after the first missed delivery. Items will then be returned to the location on the ‘Something for You’ attempted delivery card they leave behind."
