Local Florist Delivery
Due to flowers being perishable goods we must make delivery on the date and time requested by the customer and cannot be held responsible if the resident is out at the time of delivery. We will leave a calling card at the address to advise where the flowers have been delivered to if left with a neighbour. If the property features a covered / secure location we will leave the flowers at the property, delivered in water.

UK Shipping
We use Royal Mail / Parcel Force to send our beautiful bouquets for a next day delivery service. Our bouquets are aqua wrapped and packaged in purpose built flower boxes. The boxes include ventilation holes, handles and instructions printed on the boxes to specify how to store flowers in transportation.

"Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide will automatically try redeliver the next working day after the first missed delivery. Items will then be returned to the location on the ‘Something for You’ attempted delivery card they leave behind."
