How to cancel your order - Flower Deliveries

All flower gift bouquets and flower subscriptions out for "UK Shipping" require a minimum of 48 hours notice from requested delivery date for a refund / cancellation to be made. Due to items being shipped within a strict timeframe, deliveries will still be made as we are unable to retrieve items once they have left our workshop.

We cannot cancel / refund your order if you notify us outside of our guidelines.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
