One of our favourite things is seeing your vision for your special day (usually on a Pinterest board!). It demonstrates your personality and gives us an insight on your style and colour preferences. We are here to guide and bring suggestions for you to consider on your day and can advise on flower availability, different floristry styles and colour palettes.
Our style would suit a rustic bride that loves the natural form and beauty that flowers have. We like to add plenty of foliage with eucalyptus and wax flower being a firm florist favourite.

For this beautiful May time Wedding, we kept it classic with Ivory, White and succulent Green foliage. We created a 12 ft table runner for the top table and individual table wreaths for the guests table.
Venue Design and The Consultation Process
This process is fully dependant on how you like to work with your Wedding suppliers, weekly calls? Evening meetings? Venue Visits? We are here for all of it! If you'd like some assistance in decorating your venue, we would be overjoyed to meet with you and take a consultation stroll around the rooms you will be spending your day including outside areas and entrances. We can help by making recommendations to get the most of your venue.

We provide 2 free Mood boards following consultation, 1 that displays and documents everything we have spoke about at consultation and the second is confirming any changes made through the process. Any further mood boards or additional meetings will be chargeable. We require a 10% deposit following your first meeting to secure your day. We went for the best colours October can offer for this Autumnal Wedding in Chichester. With warm, woody tones from the chrysanthemum to soft delicate peaches and pinks from the roses. Clearly our groom got the memo with his beautiful suit jacket.

We know how expensive Weddings can cost and it can feel overwhelming when all you want is to have your dream day without stressing about money. A lot of people tend to question the cost of fresh flowers and might consider using artificial flowers as an alternative. Read our Blog Post on Fresh Flowers VS Fake Flowers here. It's a common opinion that artificial flowers are more budget friendly, especially with the availability online of pre made Wedding flowers nowadays however if you want that special experience of having your Bridal bouquet presented to you by a professional it's worth investing and working with a Florist that arranges fresh, fragrant and beautiful flowers!

Artificial flowers are not something we offer here at The Floral Archer however we do work with dried flowers and can incorporate artificial elements if you are having a large scale flower installation that requires a rigid structure. We like our flowers to be as fresh as possible for our Wedding couples and know you will revel in the experience you can only get from receiving fresh, carefully selected and pruned flowers...

This gorgeous couple wanted wild and rustic Wedding Flowers so we went for a mix of wild flowers without using any heavy "focal flowers."

The Bride included a single Pink Tulip in the middle of her bouquet for her Mother. So touching.
Delivery and On the day process
We understand that every couple is different and have different requirements when it comes to their precious day. Rest assured you are in safe hands and we will not allow for any errors on the day. That being said, sometimes things happen and nothing can truly be planned without zero risk of hiccups.

To ensure we provide the best service we order an extra 10% of your flowers to ensure you receive the best quality when it comes to your wedding day. These flowers will arrive at our workshop 2 - 3 days before your day. This gives the flowers time to open and bloom to their fullest potential as well as giving us time to order extra or make amendments if the quality is not sufficient.
We will communicate with you regularly on the days leading up to your wedding but we are also wary of interrupting your exciting wedding day build up! Once delivery times are confirmed to all destinations we will stick to that timeline. Please provide details on your wedding coordinator or designated person that we can contact on the day or days leading up to should we need to.

Last chance for any final ammendments to be made to your Wedding Flowers.
2 Weeks Before
Any final payments are due and must be cleared before we order your flowers.
3 Days Before
Your flowers are delivered to our workshop. We allow time for flowers to open, to hydrate & be conditioned (remove thorns, strip leaves, check petals)
Your Wedding Day
Bouquets and Buttonholes delivered first in time for Photographer arrival.
Venue Flowers delivered and set up before guests arrive.
